  • Partnership Development Manager

    AgilityEco is a leading provider of fuel poverty, energy-efficiency and low-carbon services across the UK, working in partnership with utility companies, local authorities, social housing providers, charities and social enterprises tackling the dual challenges of fuel poverty and vulnerability. We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager who will report directly to the Head of Policy and Partnerships. The role requires an in-depth understanding of fuel poverty and domestic energy efficiency and a comprehensive awareness of the issues facing low income and vulnerable households in Britain and how to effectively engage and support them. It is important to have broad knowledge of domestic customer management and related priorities in the utilities sector (including water, gas, and electricity networks) in order to apply for this role.

  • Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

    AgilityEco is a leading provider of fuel poverty, energy-efficiency and low-carbon services across the UK, working in partnership with utility companies, local authorities, social housing providers, charities and social enterprises tackling the dual challenges of fuel poverty and vulnerability. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who will take a lead role within the Quality Assurance (QA) team and will assist the ECO Quality Assurance Manager.

    You will be required to provide a high level of administrative and operational support to the ECO Quality Assurance Manager whilst managing all quality assurance activity including ECO Monitoring. In addition you will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring that all records are updated regularly and preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Managing performance issues with supply chain partners, providing feedback and arranging training where required.
    • Dealing with all Supplier and Regulatory QA related queries and investigations.
    • Providing the ECO team with guidance and support on quality assurance matters and also to provide support to the ECO team as a whole as and when required.
    • Keeping abreast of ECO QA regulations and requirements.
    • Working with stakeholders to drive quality standards across all ECO activity.
