  • Head of Retrofit Surveying

  • Compliance Analyst

    A Compliance Analyst will support our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery and will take a lead role within the compliance team. The successful applicant will hold key accountability for processing ECO measures and act as the primary contact for all compliance queries.

    The successful applicant will have responsibility for a wide range of administration and analytical duties to support the on-going operations of the company. You will be required to assist with the implementation of critical business processes. It is therefore essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.   • Retrofit Coordinator

    PAS 2035 is a publicly available specification which outlines the necessary standards for the future of domestic retrofit. It is designed to enhance retrofit standards, improve processes and introduce new skills, capabilities and roles.

    The built environment professionals responsible for facilitating, managing and delivering retrofit work to the PAS 2035 standard are Retrofit Coordinators and ensure compliance with the procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects, essentially guiding the decision-making process protecting the resident or homeowner’s interest from survey to handover.

    Our Retrofit Coordinator role takes responsibility for all aspects of complying with PAS2035 for internal projects as well as providing services to external clients.

  • ECO Operations Manager

    AgilityEco is a fast growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivering energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include major energy supply companies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and industry supply chain partners such as installers of renewable energy technologies.

    An essential aspect of our business is managing our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery in partnership with many partners. ECO is a highly complex and regulated activity requiring robust technical, operational and commercial skills. 

    In order to manage our ECO activity, the role of ECO Operations Manager has arisen, holding primary responsibility for all operational management for this department. It will involve a varied and challenging workload, within a constantly evolving business environment. You will join an existing successful, high-performing team and gain invaluable insight into the low-carbon and energy sectors.

    The role would suit an individual with previous operational management experience in technical or administrative functions, including people management. Prior ECO experience would be highly desirable but optional. You will need to demonstrate relevant operational, team management and interpersonal skills.

    The ideal candidate is expected to lead our ECO operational requirements,  manage a team of compliance analysts, produce detailed reports and MI, and work alongside our ECO Compliance and ECO Delivery Managers to drive improvement of this function.

  • Senior Retrofit Coordinator

    AgilityEco is a dynamic and fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the origination and delivery of energy efficiency and fuel poverty programmes. Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, network operators, Local Authorities, and industry supply chain partners. An important aspect of our business is managing large scale energy efficiency and fuel poverty projects, such as:

    • SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund): The Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund sets out to improve the energy efficiency of socially rented homes. It covers upgrades including fabric measures such as insulation as well as heating measures.
    • LEAP (the Local Energy Advice Partnership): A Warm Homes Discount Industry Initiative project, providing important advice, support and energy saving measures to fuel poor and vulnerable households referred by local authorities and local referral agencies
    • WHF (Warm Homes Fund): AgilityEco is managing three WHF projects providing first-time central heating and gas connections to around 4,000 households over a three-year period next three years.

    Work in this area of the business is dynamic and fast-paced owing to the agile nature of the business and the ongoing development of new projects. As such the projects the Project Management is responsible for may change over time.
