  • HEA Manager – Telephone Advice Service

    If you’re an experienced energy advisor, empathetic and a great listener, proven to be adept at providing solutions to vulnerable members of society, and keen to join a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in energy efficiency programmes and consultancy services, you are the person we are looking for.

    We aim to help people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society and our team needs to have the confidence, empathy, and understanding to talk effectively to these residents and identify risks or home improvement needs. You will need to be passionate about helping people and suggesting solutions.

    You will be required to have experience or background in energy efficiency, with recognised qualifications such as DEA or other energy efficiency qualifications, and current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a  team of energy advisors to improve the service.

  • Senior Retrofit Analyst

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services.

    Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and industry supply chain partners such as installers of renewable energy technologies. An important aspect of our business is managing our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and Government-funded scheme delivery in partnership with an extensive number of supply chain members.

    The successful applicant will play a key role in providing technical and operational support to the retrofit team, in particular retrofit coordinators.  The role holder will take ownership of key workstreams within retrofit projects and ensure the delivery of high quality outcomes.  It is therefore essential you are proactive, impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.

  • Customer Service Bookings Administrator

    We are looking for a Customer Service Bookings Administrator to join our team and report directly to the Contact Centre Manager. Working as part of a small team the Bookings Administrator handles enquiries for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty, with the aim of helping people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. This is a free service for residents and the Contact Centre Bookings Team undertakes the processing of applications and assessment of eligibility from the public, and partner organisations, as well as securing appointments for specialist advisors. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society, and our team need to have the confidence, empathy, and patience to talk effectively to vulnerable residents. The role includes handling internal and external call volumes, as well as completing general administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of a high level of customer service in line with the company’s targets, vision, service level agreements and client expectations.

    Do you have current expertise in energy efficiency solutions? Are you passionate about helping to take people from fuel poverty in the UK?

    We are expanding our service and are looking for suitably qualified advisors to join our delivery team. We are recruiting for Home Energy Advisors to work  as part of a team to provide telephone energy advice and solutions for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty across England, Scotland and Wales.
