As experienced retrofit delivery partners, we plan, manage and source funding for energy efficiency and carbon reduction projects.

Warm Homes: Local Grant

We deliver this funding grant for local authorities and consortiums across England, following successful completion of multiple projects under the preceding scheme, the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2).

Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund

Using our expertise in energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects, we support social housing landlords and providers with installation management, PAS services and full retrofit solutions under WH: SHF.

Warm Homes Fund

We’ve partnered with Affordable Warmth Solutions for the second phase of the Connected for Warmth programme, funded primarily by National Grid, to provide air source heat pumps with energy bill support to vulnerable homes.

Warm Home Discount: Industry Initiatives

Through our national outreach service LEAP (Local Energy Advice Service), we help many energy suppliers to fulfil their Warm Home Discount obligations and support fuel-poor households each year.

Great British Insulation Scheme

We deliver insulation measures to help energy companies fulfil their obligations. By applying our valuable insights from other programmes, we aim to provide cost-effective insulation measures to help as many households as possible.

Energy Company Obligation (EC04)

We have delivered large-scale retrofit projects on behalf of many energy suppliers, as well as helping local authorities, housing providers and homeowners fund energy-efficient retrofits.

Our Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) delivery

We're proud to have achieved a 100% success rate in our HUG2 bids. Through collaboration with our partners and network of installers, we delivered over 23% of all HUG2 works nationwide, demonstrating our expertise in end-to-end delivery.
