AgilityEco can help you secure funding and manage sustainable, compliant installations for energy efficient home upgrade schemes under the Warm Homes Plan.
About the Warm Homes Plan (WHP)

CASE STUDY: A productive partnership with Portsmouth local authorities
Since 2018 we’ve worked with the Warmer Homes consortium led by Portsmouth County Council, completing 15% of all GB installs under the Home Upgrade Grant –Wave 2 (HUG2) scheme.
Now we help them deliver HUG’s successor, the Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) scheme, installing low carbon heating and energy saving measures in low-income households across the area.
- Strong longstanding relationships with 30+ local council partners
- Over £70 million of funding accessed
- 5,564 vulnerable homes helped to date
- £22 million awarded for WH:LG

CASE Study: Decarbonising Folkestone & Hythe’s Social Housing
Partnering with Folkestone & Hythe District Council through our inhouse installer Aran, we used data-led targeting to prioritise the least energy-efficient homes and those at greatest risk of fuel poverty. This meant we could progress quickly to install multiple measures, including:
- Air source heat pumps (ASHPs)
- Solar PV panels
- External wall insulation
- Ventilation upgrades
Throughout, we worked closely with our resident liaisons and supply chain partners, creating and sustaining employment opportunities for the local community.
