This week we’re proud to be joining organisations across the globe in celebrating World Quality Week 2025, recognising the important role quality plays in building trust, ensuring compliance and delivering excellence across everything we do.
This year’s theme is Building trust through Quality – Right first time, every time. It reflects the foundation on which AgilityEco continues to grow, with quality underpinning every decision, process and relationship.
“Quality is the umbrella of our organisation,” says Sharon Johnson, Managing Director of AgilityEco. It covers everything we do: from safety, health, environment and compliance to customer care, innovation and continual improvement. Every colleague, partner and project contributes to our reputation for trust and reliability.
Embedding quality across AgilityEco
Our Quality and Compliance team has developed a comprehensive Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) strategy, SHEQ plan and Minimum Standards Framework to embed quality into every aspect of operations. These tools provide a clear roadmap to ensure consistency, compliance and continual improvement across our programmes, partners and delivery network.
Throughout World Quality Week, we’re encouraging colleagues to take part in a series of interactive sessions, including Toolbox Talks, Lunch & Learn discussions and online engagement, focused on exploring what quality means to each of us, individually and collectively.
Recognising quality in action
As part of our celebrations, we're also recognising the individuals and teams who go above and beyond to deliver excellence through their work. Our Quality Champions embody these principles of trust, collaboration and continual improvement, inspiring other to follow their examples.
We’re launching a new Quality Wall of Fame to showcase these champions and celebrate their contributions throughout the year, to reinforce that quality isn’t about a one-week event, it’s a way of working every day.
Looking ahead
AgilityEco’s commitment to quality extends beyond this week’s celebrations. It’s reflected in how we design, deliver and continually improve our services to ensure safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
