How AgilityEco and Greenworkx are making a difference

It’s vital that the teams across our organisation all share detailed, up-to-date understanding of the processes involved in end-to-end retrofit, to ensure we can have a safe, positive impact on the communities we serve.
Last year, unable to find an existing training resource to suit, we partnered with climate edtech provider Greenworkx to collaborate on the creation of a learning platform tailored specifically to the energy efficiency sector. And we’re so impressed with the results!

Employees who have completed courses on the platform report an average knowledge increase of over 30%, far exceeding our initial expectations. They also tell us they feel more confident carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities, thanks to a deeper understanding of the retrofit sector and their role within it.
The platform follows a clear interactive approach with flexibly structured courses that allow learners to complete modules around their day-to-day work. Through a mix of step-by-step explanations and detailed information, learners build their understanding of complex industry standards including PAS 2030 and 2035, TrustMark and retrofit team roles.
