Our Impact 2024-25: Working to eliminate fuel poverty and improve progress towards net zero

30 October 2025

We’re pleased to share our latest Impact Report, highlighting our progress between April 2024 to March 2025 as we work to tackle fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency for households across Britain. It’s been a year of transformation for AgilityEco as we’ve integrated with M Group Services, whose broad infrastructure enables us to help more households facing fuel poverty transition to cleaner, greener homes.

Giving people warmer, healthier homes

Our work over this period means more than 45,000 vulnerable households across Britain are benefiting from energy-efficient homes that are cheaper to heat, leading to £143,001,407 in lifetime bill savings – a 34% increase on last year.

This year our LEAP [Local Energy Advice Partnership] programme has gone from strength to strength, resulting in an impressive £70 million in lifetime bill savings on behalf of our energy supplier partners. LEAP embodies our commitment to providing long-term, sustainable improvements and significant financial relief to those in need.

A highlight of this year has been the acquisition of retrofit programme provider Aran Group, enhancing our capacity to execute work, particularly for social housing clients.

Our positive impact also contributed over £18 million in value for health and care outcomes through the measures installed, and supported 1,535 jobs in local communities and social enterprises.

With thanks to our partners

Without the dedication of our partners, we couldn’t have the impact we do. We’d like to express gratitude to our energy supplier partners and other funders, whose support for our programmes has enabled us to expand our reach over the past year.

Thank you also to our trusted delivery network and delivery partners, whose skills and collaboration assisted the installation of 197,395 energy-efficiency measures, which have collectively reduced over 446 tonnes of lifetime CO2 emissions.

We’d also like share our appreciation for the unflagging dedication of our Home Energy Advisors. The LEAP energy advisors completed 19,967 home visits and supported 33,012 households with tailored energy-saving guidance.
