Working with Greenworkx to upskill our teams

At AgilityEco it’s important that our teams across the board share a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end retrofit processes. 

As an investment in building consistency and confidence in this area, we partnered with climate edtech provider Greenworkx to deliver a tailored learning platform. Its aim is to help streamline delivery and enhance collaboration between our office and field teams, while improving experiences for residents who engage with retrofit services.

Building on our established partnership with Greenworkx through our joint delivery of the Energy Advisor Academy, the platform offers a structured yet flexible approach, enabling participants to fit learning around day-to-day work. The interactive experience provides step-by-step explanations and in-depth information to boost understanding of complex processes including PAS 2030 and 2035, TrustMark and retrofit team roles.

Positive results, better understanding

Over the first phase, our team members achieved an impressive 31% average gain in baseline retrofit knowledge, with key roles such as Project Administrators improving their knowledge by 36% and Booking Administrators by 49%. Overall, 64% of participants agree they can apply the knowledge they’ve gained in their current role. 

Following these strong early results, we’re bringing more team members to the platform.

Since launching our training partnership with Greenworkx, we’ve seen real progress in building retrofit capability across our teams.
