Energy advice and support
Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) is our multi-supplier-funded national outreach service, helping thousands of fuel poor and vulnerable households across England, Scotland and Wales.
Working together to support communities
Since launching in 2015, LEAP has helped many energy suppliers meet their Warm Home Discount (WHD) obligations each year while working closely with local charities, authorities, and social housing providers. Over that time we have:
- Supported over 180,000 consumers with energy advice
- Helped suppliers meet over £90m of industry obligations
- Grown from 1% of the Warm Home Discount obligation market in 2016 to 28% in the 2024-2025 scheme year
LEAP operates under regulations for England, Wales and Scotland, allowing us to absorb funding for one or more territories to meet each supplier's needs. We're always open to exploring new funding streams within the WHD framework or beyond to widen our impact.
What services does LEAP offer?
The AgilityEco LEAP team consists of home energy advisors, qualified telephone advisors, customer service representatives, and support staff. LEAP provides eligible households with:

- Financial support: We offer financial assistance payments and fuel vouchers for those who qualify
- Boiler repairs or replacement: Through our LEAP Boiler Scheme, we assist in repairing or replacing broken or condemned boilers
- Heating system tune-up & smart controls: We offer support for accessing energy-efficient heating systems to enhance performance and efficiency
- Replacement of old appliances: We replace old white goods with modern, energy-efficient alternatives
We’re continually adapting and expanding this service to meet the growing needs of vulnerable households.
