Energy advice and support
Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) is our fully funded national outreach service aimed at alleviating and preventing fuel poverty. Funded through the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiative obligation, we deliver this service at a local level in close collaboration with local charities, Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.
LEAP offers a range of services, including energy and money-saving advice, financial support, the implementation of energy-saving measures, and support accessing energy efficient appliances and heating systems. We are continually adapting and expanding this service to meet the growing needs of vulnerable households.
Retrofit project delivery
Whether it’s meeting industry obligations or delivering grant-funded measures, we provide an end-to-end project delivery service that ensures quality assurance and compliance.
We’re dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for households by combining multiple funding sources, adopting a whole-house, fabric-first approach, and leveraging our nationwide network of trusted installers.
Retrofit advice and technical design
We have an experienced team of retrofit assessors, in-house coordinators, and designers who offer a comprehensive range of services, including technical design capability, project appraisal, assessments, and trained retrofit coordination.
We're well versed in quality assurance and compliance and draw on our extensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as PAS 2035 to ensure that every project is not only effective but meets the highest industry benchmarks.
A national delivery network
Our market-leading rates for measures come with prompt validation and payment terms across all funding streams. Our flexible funding agreements enable access to retrofit services through Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators.
