Our latest Impact Report shows the difference we’ve made between April 2025 to March 2026. Working in partnership with our clients, Agility and Aran have improved energy efficiency and reduced energy costs for thousands of homes, supporting vulnerable households and creating social value in their communities.
What does our impact look like?
Behind every statistic is a person, a home or a community. The stories in our Impact Report show what happens when funding, expertise and local knowledge come together to create these statistics.
Our impact is measured in more than numbers: it’s in the people supported, homes improved, communities strengthened and CO2 emissions abated.
Impact that goes beyond the property
Every retrofit project, energy advice service and community programme has the potential to make a real difference to someone's life.
Over 2025-26 we’ve continued to partner with local authorities, social housing providers, government and community organisations to deliver funding, including £18.1 million under Warm Homes: Local Grant and over £9.2 million for Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHDF Wave 3). Together we tackle some of the biggest challenges facing households today, including fuel poverty, poor energy efficiency and the health impacts of cold, damp homes.

Creating warmer, healthier homes
A chilly, poorly insulated home can significantly affect its residents’ finances and health. Our work helps households access the support and funding they need to make their homes more energy efficient, cheaper to heat, and warmer and safer to live in.
We work with partners to find the right solutions for each household and community, from providing energy advice and small upgrades to being the principal contractor in whole-house retrofit programmes. Because better homes can mean better lives.
Supporting the people who need it most
The households we work with often face multiple challenges which make the choice to spend money on keeping warm a difficult one. As well as improving homes, we help people access the support they need to live safely, affordably and comfortably through our award-winning Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) service.
Bringing lasting value to communities
Our impact extends beyond the households we support directly. Through our inhouse installers and our UK network of trusted installers, we provide local employment and develop skills that create value for communities today, while making them more resilient for the future.
Our power is in our partnerships
Our strongest results come from collaborating alongside local authorities, housing providers, government departments, community organisations, charities and delivery partners to turn funding and policy into meaningful outcomes for households.
As an end-to-end retrofit partner, we bring expertise together to make programmes work on the ground, from securing and managing funding to engaging residents and installing improvements.
What’s next?
The challenges facing households and communities are growing. Energy affordability, housing quality, climate change and health inequalities are more interconnected – which means the way we approach energy efficiency is evolving too. So we’re committed to developing smart, sustainable ways to help more people and improve more homes.
