Our Impact 2025-26: Making a difference for people, homes and communities
19 October 2026
We’re proud to share AgilityEco and Aran’s latest Impact Report, marking our progress between April 2025 to March 2026. In it, we highlight the people, projects and partnerships that have helped us make a measurable difference over the past year.
Behind every statistic is a person, a home or a community. In partnership with our clients, our work over this period has improved energy efficiency and reduced energy costs for over 39,000 homes – leading to £19,705,175 in annual bill savings – while supporting fuel-poor households and building social value in their communities.

Helping create warmer, healthier homes
Over 2025-26 we’ve continued to partner with local authorities, social housing providers, government and community organisations to deliver retrofit funding, including over £18.1m under the Warm Homes: Local Grant and over £9.2m through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHDF Wave 3) scheme.
This period’s positive impact also contributed over £12 million in value for health and care outcomes. Our gratitude goes to the hard-working Home Energy Advisors in our Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) team, who made 18,207 home visits and provided vulnerable households with 129,291 low-cost energy saving measures.
Generating lasting value in communities
Our acquisition of retrofit programme provider Aran in April 2025 has proved a huge success, expanding our number of expert installation teams and widening our reach as demand grows, especially for social housing clients.
Their skills and collaboration enabled us to install 253,709 energy efficiency measures (contributing to a reduction of over 446,000 tonnes in lifetime CO2 emissions) and support 848 jobs in local communities, social enterprises and charities.
With thanks to our partners
All of this can only happen with the collaboration of our colleagues and funding and delivery partners, including energy suppliers, local and combined authorities, social housing providers, community organisations and charities. We’d like to thank everyone who has helped us turn funding and expertise into meaningful outcomes for households and communities.
Looking ahead, the challenges facing households and communities are growing. We remain committed to helping more people, improving more homes and making the most of every pound invested.
